Refund policy

For items that are in stock, once we have received full payment your order will be shipped via USPS First-class Mail or Priority Mail. Tracking numbers are provided upon shipment. Shipment is typically made within 1- 3 business days from your purchase. 

For purchases made from outside the United States, please note that you are responsible for paying any customs fees, VAT, or other taxes and fees designated by the laws of your own country. You are responsible for paying any such fees and taxes upon receipt of your goods. They are not included in our pricing. Please consult your local postal carrier or government website for information on what those taxes and fees may be.

Refunds are accepted, less original and return shipping, for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of your order. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note, only new and unused items will be accepted.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you plan on returning your item for any reason. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
